How to get to Sunriver

The Roberts-Field Redmond Airport is a well-connected, regional airport, which receives frequent flights from international hubs including San Francisco and Seattle. Sunriver is located a 45-minute drive from the airport. From there, you can either hire a car or an airport shuttle bus. Some of the hotels also provide free transportation to and from the airport, which you will need to book in advance. A hire car will allow you to explore more of this rural, mountainous area more freely. Alternatively, you could drive or take a bus directly from Portland’s international airport – this journey takes just over 3 hours.
