Staff were very responsive but we had to call them immediately upon arrival when the bathroom door handle did not work from the inside. Thank goodness I was not traveling alone.. Then the shower head had to be replaced. The bed we chose to sleep in the first night, away from the HVAC, had a bad case of the sags in the middle. The other bed was okay, so we slept in it for the remainder of the stay. The breakfast area was crowded together and only 2 of the 4 toaster slots were in working order. Appears there needs to be more preventive maintenance done and ensure beds are comfortable. I did advise about the bad mattress on checkout.”
