"Not terrible for the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 22, 2013
It was just okay. Room had suspiciously blood like stains on the carpet but smelled clean. Bring your own pillows because these are very flat and front desk doesn't keep extras. Basically a decent cheap place to rest but not to enjoy yourself.

While not luxurious it is a very good value and the place we always choose to stay at in Mt. Laurel. Our one objection is that it is dog friendly and we always hope not to get a room that had one in it recently.
"Very nice"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 19, 2013
Everything was nice and clean. Ice machine was really far (we had to go downstairs from second floor and walk around half the building in the freezing cold) but otherwise everything was perfect.

"Good experience great staff"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 4, 2012
Our family stayed two nights at this hotel for a nearby convention. What really stood out was the helpful and friendly staff. Checking was a breeze, the employees at the breakfast buffet were really eager to help and maintained the area nicely. When i spilled a drop of my yogurt before entering my room, the housekeeper was so willing "don't worry I got it!" (no rolling eyeballs) to clean it up even though I was fully willing to do it myself. It was an experience at a hotel that I have not felt since I was on Disney property. There were some active renovations going on, so there were some areas that were aesthetically mismatched in the main lobby, but there were no loud noises during our waking or sleeping hours (we were on the 1st floor), and I felt this was a minor inconvenience compared to other problems I have had at other hotels (ie. dirty room, mold smells, unfriendly and apathetic staff). What I especially appreciated with the breakfast that it was filling (pita with cheese omelette pocket, waffles, bagels were what I ate), and the coffee was well stocked and strong enough. I have stayed at other hotels offering a breakfast buffet and their coffee is so weak and watered down.
