"Times Square Nugget"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week and were glad to find a hotel right in the heart of Times Square. The service was definitely top notch! The front desk was courteous and the concierge was very helpful, recommending great shows and restaurants. Our room was nice. It could've been a little larger. But the bathroom was a good size and the size of the TV's and the fact that they played HD was a bonus. Also, the bed was quite comfortable. The cleaning staff did a fine job of keeping up the room. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to others.

"New York City Rocks"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
The Sheraton New York was a pleasant surprise. The location was central to everything I had planned. The room was clean and a decent size, for New York standards. The staff was pleasant. I had an issue with a guest smoking in a non-smoking environment and the staff offered to move me, which I totally appreciated. I would recommend the Sheraton, New York towers. It is VERY pricey, but then everything in NYC is.

It was a great location! I was very pleased to be surrounded in Time square at walking distance...practically next door. Not so happy about the room accommodation. Although our room was comfy, stylish and clean....I had no choice but to stay in a double bed room when I had specifically requested king size bed NOT two queen beds. Then they give me the story that there is no other rooms available with just one bed. It don't matter though....I hardly used the room...Too much to do in the NYC that I hardly even slept. But in the future.....pay close attention when guest are being referred by hotels.com and give them the correct number of beds!!!!!

"Walking distance to some great restaurants/shows"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
I was there for my 25th anniversary. It was amazing! Checking in and out was quick. The hotel has a lot of character and history. The staff was very helpful and courteous, my wife felt like a new bride. We are very satisfied with our stay. When the person behind the desk found out it was our 25th, she surprised us by upgrading our room to a one bedroom king suite from a Jr suite. My wife and I would recommend this hotel.

"Roll of dice"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
We stayed here last year, great room. This year- dirty paint peeling carpet stains icky bedding...I asked for a better room and it was much better, not a s nice as last year but better and clean. All the apartments are different so it's a roll of the dice. Staff is great. New york times delivery at door option is Wonderful!! Great spot to go everywhere.
