Overall good value for price. Room & bathroom were very clean and functional. Room thermostat did not work (open window was alternative & worked).

We were treated so well the minute we arrived! The parking attendant went out of his way to make sure we knew exactly where we were going. There was a mix up with our room, that we had to call the desk to straighten out, so they put us up in a suite to make it up to us!! Which was totally not necessary, but very much appreciated! Everyone was so friendly and helpful the entire time. We left our car parked there after check out to do more sightseeing, at no charge! Very, very wonderful staff! And the hotel is so conveniently located! Will definitely stay there again...and again....and again!!!!!

It was perfect for what we needed--a place to crash. We were surprised at how nice the hotel was for the price. Decorated well, very clean, comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again for a downtown stay...Little Italy and Chinatown right outside!!

Hotel was quaint and nice... loved the atmosphere. Elevator is super tiny... and the room was a nice size. The only down side was how hard and uncomfortable the bed was.

Everything was good other than the heater. The heater was too old and needs to be replaced. It didn't work well at night time. Everything else was great! Nice location and nice breakfast! The staff members were all super kind!

We loved this place! It's an old apartment building, so there are a few nicks & dings, but overall we thought they did a great makeover on the building. All the rooms have kitchens & separate bedrooms... an awesome deal for Manhattan! This is a very safe & nice neighborhood too (anyone who thinks it's not just doesn't know NYC). Awesome stay! We'll definitely use this as our go-to hotel in the city!
