    Of course, this is a high quality hotel. However, I don't believe it had anything that a much less expensive hotel would have offered. Having to use your key card to operate the elevators after 6pm was quite annoying.

    Most beautiful hotel we have stayed at in NYC. The room, staff, location and outdoor patio were all magnificent. Location across from St. Patrick's Cathedral was a bonus and wonderful view from our room. The prices were high on their menu, but nearby restaurants are available.

    Beautiful, clean, luxurious hotel in the heart of midtown Manhatten! You can easily walk a couple blocks to Times Square or Bryant Park or pick up a taxi out front to go anywhere else quickly. Dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance and safe area. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. We had no complaints and will definitely stay here again!

    We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable although the bathroom was on the small side. Ideal location - across the street from Central Park a block away from the subway, and walking distance to broadway and Radio City.

    This hotel is new and they are definitely going out of their way to establish themselves with a reputation for high quality customer service. Our room was beautiful, well-lit, larger than average, and with a fantastic view which is probably due to the fact that there are no tall buildings very close to it. Staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. The Nespresso machine in the room and the pillow menu were nice touches. The room was remarkably quiet. Of course, some of the sounds of New York seeped in from the outside, but not much. I didn't like the high cost for Internet ($75/week) access, and I've grown accustomed to free Internet. However, the hotel had a no-problem attitude removing the 2 extra charges for internet that showed up on my bill. I did feel that room service was also overly priced. Breakfast for two was $100 with tip and that included granola, youghurt,1 fruit plate, coffee, eggs, toast, and orange juice. Clearly, this hotel has it's eye on attracting a high-end clientele. It's newness and location in SoHo will possibly keep this one a good deal overall for a while until it's fully discovered. Speaking of location: It's good.
