Perfect for a quick New York getaway. Stayed there 2 nights in February. Steps away from 96th street Subway station which connects to every major stop in Manhattan, close (10 min walk) to Central Park,and for a longer walk (10-20min) you can reach Times Square. Of course there are always taxis. Room was clean, the staff did an excellent job in cleaning the room. Front desk,always friendly and ready to help.Indoor Parking is available around the corner,at a Hertz location for $27/day. A good overall value for its location and accesibility to many Manhattan attractions.

The veiw from my window was amazing. I only had on slim floor to ceiling window but it did the job and provided great light during the day. The vide was very tokyo furturistic and the hotel was very self sufficent. They also had this really cool thin called a charge box which allows you to put your phone in a charging locker with ur credit card as ur key to get in and out of the charge box. the offer different chargers for different tyes of phones and the best things about it is that its FREE!

Easy walking distance to Lincoln Center, Central Park and many good stores. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable.

We had two conncecting rooms and in both bathrooms the showers were cloaged. Great location, but staff was not too friendly.Busy lobby with lots of people checking in and out at all times. As guests of the hotel we did not have any priority when it came time to make reservations at the famous Normas for breakfast--which was one of the reasons we decided to stay there.

Can't beat the location ... not like usual comfort inn or days inn but still okay considerating the location ... no breakfast .. shared bathrooms ...

I volunteer at the 911 Memorial which is located within 100 feet from the hotel. At the last moment there was a change in my work schedule prompting me to need to check in earlier then expected. I called ahead and when my husband and I arrived they had a room ready for us. Also as a result of the schedule change we needed a later check out for my husband so he could wait in the room while I completed my shift the following morning. Again they were more then willing to accomodate our request thus making our experiance a complete pleasure. I will absolutely stay there again and I highly reccomend it.
