"A Driver's Dream-when you have a car in Las Vegas"Reviewed by John of "Winnipeg, MB" on Jan 29, 2012
I have stayed here before when I attended a workshop was at a nearby hotel. I chose Terrible's because of the following: it was well priced, the parking is convenient and close to access doors (without a long walk), the rooms are well away from the casino, and after checking in, you don't ever have to go to the casino if you don't want to. The hotel is a little older so rooms are bigger than some of the new places of today. Furnishings are comfortable, including new queen beds and lcd tv. What I particularly like is how you can drive in, park, access the door, get on the elevator and get up to your room so easily. It makes it so convenient to use the car and the proximity to a major intersection (Paradise and Flamingo) makes it easy to head in any direction as soon as you leave the parking lot. Food in the restaurant and buffet is located on the second floor next to each other and is well worth what they charge. There are great food deals here. The place has a small outdoor pool and garden area inside the quad of the hotel. Since it is surrounded by the four walls of the buildings, it is a quiet oasis to enjoy in the sun shine (like with late morning coffee). Some of the public areas look like they could use a good scrub, but I could let that slide because of all of the other positives this place has to offer.
"Far Away"Reviewed by Phil of "Vancouver, Canada" on Jan 28, 2012
This hotel is far away from the strip (approx 6 miles) You can ride a shuttle to the strip that costs almost 50% of your room rate for two people per day. (it used to be free) You must therefore add this to your total cost. In addition the in room internet amounts to a third of your room rate per day. The internet at the business center is very very slow, and therefore costly. The good thing here is that there is no resort fee....yipee. There were a few small issues with the room, however they were too minor to mention.
"comfortable short stay"Reviewed by ruth of "winnipeg, manitoba canada" on Jan 28, 2012
My husband and ! recently chose to stay on Freemont @ the Four Queens Hotel while in Vegas enroute home from Lake Haveseu City AZ, We had pre booked and our check in gave us a room on the 6th floor. We feared the noise since we faced the street, but were pleasantly surprised. The black out curtains were adequate and the noise ended after the midnight light show. It was an ideal vantage point for daytime action! Personnel were friendly and helpful, transportation was handy with a 24hour pass and our luggage was held after check out before catching the quick shuttle to the airport. Coupns invited us to eat and enjoy the Magnolia restaurant and a cool mug @ the mini brewery. All very adequate for our short stay in Vegas.

"Boulder Hotel great value"Reviewed by Carol of "Ontario, Canada" on Jan 27, 2012
I was so pleased with my ten night stay at the Boulder Station Hotel. The best value I have ever had at a hotel. The rooms were exactly like the pictures in on line advertisement. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would go back again if I were in Vegas.
