  Beautiful hotel , great amenities, great location. Only problem was getting the room cleaned - left the please service sign on from 10 am and still did not get my room serviced - disappointing . Otherwise would highly recommend

  The rooms are fabulous, I actually took photos! Room service was prompt and delicious with rates comparable to restuarants in the hotel. I only have 2 negative comments, that there wasn't a cheaper place to get breakfast and the really big one, that the conciegere for the most part was not friendly. The men were, but the ladies weren't and barely smiled and didn't offer up info, related to the questions we asked. Overall the hotel is top notch! Check in was a breeze and having already paid for the rooms made it easy to get in and get out. The hotel is very high tech and we were assisted right in line and were done very promptly. The shuttle worked great for a cheap way to get and go from airport to hotel and the reverse.

  The location was perfect - mid strip across the street from Caesar's Palace. Very clean and safe for someone traveling alone. Excellent price. I did not care for the food in their restaurant at all. Only tried breakfast once but there are many other options nearby. The lady at check in was not very pleasant or helpful but the rest of the staff were great, especially the concierge - very helpul in planning a trip to Hoover Dam.

  Room very comfortable with an excellent view of the water show. The only negative aspect was the toilet ran and one of the sinks leaked.
