Lutsen’s nearest commercial airport is Duluth International, situated a 2 hour drive away along Highway 61. It’s well connected to many major US hubs, including Chicago O’Hare International, Minneapolis-Saint Paul International, and Las Vegas’ McCarran International Airport. Alterna. For those driving in from the south, you can get onto Highway 61 via Interstate 35, whilst those coming from the north/Canada simply need to follow Highway 61 through Grand Marais and into Lutsen.
