Great location, clean, fairly good condition, but found the hotel to be very loud! Noise from inside the hotel, as well as noise out on the street kept us awake most of the night. Served us well as a place to crash pre/post concert, but wouldn't recommend this place as a quiet getaway!

We arrived very late due to really bad weather, but they were very friendly and check in took less than 30 seconds. We were extremely impressed with the room. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean, modern room with comfy bed. Front desk staff were very helpful. Had some wind noise in our room, it was a gusty evening and the wind was blowing through the HVAC exhaust which caused a whistling noise. Luckily, it settled down before bed. Walls are a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors TV. I'm a heavy sleeper so it was no concern to me, but a light sleeper might have been awakened. Easy walk to most downtown spots, KFC Yum! Center is 5 minute walk, same for expo center. Neighborhood was typical urban. I didn't feel uneasy walking at night, but still good to be vigilant in any unfamiliar neighborhood at night. I'd stay here again.

Great location. Check in took a long time. You have to request towels and for trash cans to be emptied. There are no fitted sheets. This may not seem like a big deal, but their sheets are very noisy and become untucked while you sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while in Louisville for a training seminar. The hotel was in excellent condition, the service was great, and the staff did a very good job. The hotel and room was very clean. I enjoyed the stay.

Nicest hotel I've been to. Was clean and spacious. Everything worked well and was comfortable. I would stay there again.
