My husband and I enjoyed this hotel very much. It was clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Can't think of anything that was an issue. We will definitely stay there again when we want to do Newport in the warmer weather.

Hotel staff was nice and accommodating. We requested late check out but unfortunately the hotel was full and we could not keep our room as late as we wanted. However, we were given the room for an extra few hours, the hotel kept our bags for as long as we needed, and the y graciously told us to stay as long as we wanted on the grounds to use all the amenities.

This was our first time at a bed and breakfast and we have to say that this was the best get away that we have ever had. Cindy the inn keeper was amazing and made us feel that it was our home. She would go out of her way for anything. I would HIGHLY recommend this to everybody. A beautiful place with fantastic hospitality, who wouldn't want to stay here? We loved every bit of it and definitely will be back!!!! Thank you Bayberry Inn of Newport and Thank you Cindy for making our romantic stay amazing. See you soon.

Very friendly staff, breath-taking views, convenient location,very comfortable beds and great shower! The walls are thin, and my one complaint is that we had to pay a $20 resort fee in Feb., basically for internet access, parking and two bottles of water. But since we got a great price on the room, overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Our room was really nice. Just need to update the beds, and head boards, because they were outdated and the headboard bounced against the wall every time you move making an annoying noise. Room was clean, free breakfast was above average for a continental breakfast. Location was perfect.
