Bentonville Hotels

Terrible everything! You don't want to go here (because we'd like to keep it our little secret). In all honesty, this was the absolute nicest stay that the entire family truly enjoyed. We've already booked 4 rooms for Bike's Blue's and BBQ in Fayetteville in October.

This wasn't the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in, but for the price, it was one of the best bargains for a hotel I have ever found. There were no real bells and whistles, but I had everything I needed and it was a great location. The breakfast was a little substandard, but I would definitely recommend this hotel to others who don't want to spend too much money on a Bentonville hotel.

Although the room was good and the bed was fine the breakfast meal was a disappointment. Everything was either overcooked or hard and not what I have gotten from other HIEX in the past.

I was reluctatnt to book online (without looking at the location and hotel) but then I took a chance to book online. It turned out to be a great hotel at great location. Front desk was a real help. Calling cab and/or any assistance ready to help. Room was great. I was not expecting this service and room at the price I paid. Would definitely stay here.

Perfect location easy to get to. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Love the 2 room suites. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great cooked to order breakfast. Got a good rate on line.

I was concerned it would be loud right next to the airport, but I never heard one plane. We saw a plane from the in-door pool, but didn't hear that one either. The front desk attendant (John) is extra friendly. John was able to make us feel right at home. He greeted us everytime we went in or out. He made the stay exceptional. I would recommend it to all travelers-12 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city.

My wife and I came up from San Antonio to attend the Passion Play in Eureka Springs and upon arrival we experienced a first class welcome and a beautiful nearly new and clean hotel. It was a suite and linens were clean, room was clean and neat. I went online to reserve the room and Hotels.com had a special rate which had an was unbelieveable price. We could not have been happier. They also gave us a voucher for free breakfast and they had a full breakfast buffet which was outstanding. Oh, Double Tree has chocolate chip cookies they give to their guests and we doubly enjoyed the cookies.

The hotel was very nice along with the room. The two double bed suite was a bit on the small side but we were hardly in the room to take notice. There's great surrounding restaurants, especially Japanese restaurant located next to hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

I had stayed in higher priced hotels in the area on previous trips, and I have to say that the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites is the best I have stayed in to date. For the money, you can't beat the value as the rates were lower than comparable hotels in the area. Our room was a nicely appointed suite set up with two large flat screen TV's. The bed was super comfortable, and shower was great. There is a good mexican food restaurant downstairs. The hotel is right off the highway, but we could not hear any highway noise. We only had two complaints during our stay. Room service did not make it to our room one of the four days we stayed, and I didn't notice a free continental breakfast, which is provided at many other hotels. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable rooms. Great service from all employees with whom we had contact--front desk clerk and lady who was in charge of the breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Clean, well supplied rooms.
