It was a great hotel. My only problem was u could only go to the south door to smoke and the fire alarm went off bc of the toaster and it took forever to turn off the alarm for it. The staff were amazing I don't think I've ever dealt with nicer ppl when I have traveled to tx in the past. Great experience and I'd stay again but ask for a room closer to the south door or park by there so when its cold I can sit it my car
The housekeeping staff needs to do a better job. Upon check in I found a piece of candy cane under the desk chair (not mine) and upon showering, I found a drop of blood on the side of the tub (also not mine). Other than that, it was nice.
Hotel is in the middle of a remodel so wow, what a mess in lobby and outside. Room was clean and met our needs. Heater ran all night and couldn't get it to just settle on a temperature but told front desk and sounded like they would like at it. Breakfast was good as always.
