  It was nice. The clerk that checked us in was pleasant and very helpful. The only problem was all the drink machines were out of order and we had to go out to get something to drink.

  Heater in the room was either hot or cold. No constant temp.

  The hotel was quite pleasant and, at one third the price of downtown hotels, a fine bargain. We'll be back.

  This is my favorite place to stay whenever I am near Cincinnati..The staff is always very friendly & helpful.. the place is just way cool..
