We enjoyed our stay at The Four Seasons. We were in town to visit family and to see a concert at a downtown venue. The location is perfect to walk to just about any downtown event. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, from housecleaning, valet, receptionists, to concierge. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and we are very picky when it comes to bed comfort. The only complaint about our room was that we would have liked to have been able to cool the room down more for sleeping. It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan. They have turn down service and bring you a free bottle of water for each occupant every night. They offered complimentary shoeshine overnight service. The hotel room had fantastic views of Lady Bird Lake and the bike/hike trail is just out the back door. Although we did not use the spa services, my husband did use the free weights and elliptical in the gym and said it was very nice and clean. The rates for in-room wi-fi internet were lower than I expected. I have been to much cheaper hotels where the rates were higher. Overnight valet parking was reasonably priced for a hotel of this quality but not so high like Chicago or other large cities. Our car was downstairs waiting for us by the time we took the elevator down from our room each time. We were offered bottled water each time we left the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
