It's a no-frills budget motel. If that's what you want, it's fine. If you're looking for a luxury hotel, you won't be satisfied. The room actually exceeded my expectations in some ways. There was a small refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a coffee maker in the room (no alarm clock, though). The free breakfast had a limited selection, but was adequate. My main complaint was the noise. The rooms are close together and the walls apparently are pretty thin. I could hear voices (but couldn't really make out the words) from conversations in the next room. The furnace was rather noisy when it was heating, and any water usage in the adjoining rooms made quite a bit of noise.
