"Fantastic hotel!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
Amazing staff, fabulous breakfast, clean room, beautiful hotel! They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a three-mile radius, which was great for taking us to the MARTA station and back for a trip into downtown Atlanta. We would most definitely stay at this hotel again. Great price for the quality of the hotel.

"Always a Value"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
ES is always a fantastic choice. The Buckhead location is 2 blocks from Marta- 5 mnutes. There is a Carribou Coffee next door - tons of restaurants across the street - the mall is 4 blocks. Enough said.Room was clean and what we've come to expect from ES. Parking cost $24 and WiFi is not free. Given the rate we got on the weekend, it was about the same as paying and having free parking and WiFi at another. ADVICE TO ES? GET CURRENT AND GET FREE WiFI. What the ? Why ruin an otherwise perfect experience and charge for WiFi. Kind of foolish when everything else is so on-point. Still I give them a top-rating. Staying next door at the Intercontinental would have been double the price I paid and not double the amenities. Great weekend!

"Not enough bang for my buck."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
I purchased supercross tickets & a weekend at the Melia for my fiancé for Christmas. The lobby & public areas of the hotel were very exactly what i expected-modern & sophisticated. However, the room was no better than a room at a Holiday Inn. Upon arrival, one of the phones in our room wasn't working and the tall lamp also wasn't working. I called he front desk to notify them of this and these things remained broken during our entire stay. Room service was slow and the food was okay. I didn't have good a good internet connection even though they advertise free wifi. Overall, I would recommend Melia to a friend, but I personally expected more.
"Catch22"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
Nice area yet the room didn't have a frige or microwave. I guess extra$ would've made my mornings better being able2heat up leftovers. Midtown is a great location and u spend less time driving to places you're heading to. The rooms are small so be prepared and watch out for the sink if you are using the toilet.
