"Dueling Nightclub Parties on the First Floor"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
Dueling nightclub parties at both the Redwoood Room and the Velvet Room made sleep on the first 5 floors impossible. After the music stopped at around 2, loud revlers inside the hotel and outside continued to hoot and holler. The next day we moved to another (higher) room and it was much better - just the usual street noise. Staff service is great, location good and rooms clean but tiny.
"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
It was a great location for work, getting around the entire bay area, as well as shopping. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay here again!
"Nice boutique hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
The hotel is nice and the location very good. I have stayed here before and this time was better. It was quieter. The room for wine and coffee is very cosy. There is a wine reception each night. The elevator's are a bit funky.
"Another $$&$$ vacation"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 20, 2013
Great views, small rooms! The receptionist gave us the wrong room keys, had to take the tired fam back down and wait for the right keys. I'd go back.
