Was a nice hotel for a great price during a very busy time during speed week. Would love to come back again. Big pool and nice hot tubs and a great pool bar and located right on the beach.

The hotel was great and the service wonderful until I asked for a late check out. The front desk was gracious and allowed me to check out late. The maid staff was not told and the maid assigned to my room threw a fit to her boss in front of me because she wanted to go home. Needless to say I was surprised and very uncomfortable!

The rooms were pretty good. We requested a non smoking room and the lounge area had a tiny, slight smoke smell. Even though the hotel ask you not to smoke, people do what they want. The rooms were clean, updated, and pretty nice. Diane, Martha and Mgr Doug were great! They were "naturally" friendly, very kind to the children and they let me get that "last cup" of coffee when they were closing breakfast down.
