The motel was located within walking distance of the lake, and had a nice view from the parking lot. No major issues, and the only minor ones were the continental breakfast (very basic, including the furniture in the room) and the heat/air conditioning (took a couple of nights to figure out the right comfort level). However, if I am back in the area I wouldn't mind staying there again.

We stayed here on our leaf-peeping trip to the Adirondacks. They have great breakfast options for less than $8. I wish their bathroom was slightly bigger given that the room was spacious. The wash-basin is flat instead of being bowl-shaped, making it difficult to use.

this is a very nice hotel to stay. nice surroundings (the streets needs asphalt repair) and a very clean room. it was very cold that night so my wife started the heater. there was a short circuit and you can smell something burning. I checked it out and everything seems ok so I did not call front desk. checked aircon and felt cold air coming in. insulations around it are almost gone.

We were only at the motel for one night, but the receptionist could not have been more welcoming and helpful. While our room was relatively small, it had all the conveniences that we needed. The location was great and practically on Canada Street where the action is!

Evven though it is an older place they have done a great job of updating it. The rooms are very clean an I love to tile floors. It let's me know iam walking on clean floors not the mystry of what may be hidden in the carpets. The staff is there every morning making sure the areas are well groomed an ready for the day. Had a great time. Staff is also very friendly.
