  It is a very nice and clean hotel, great for the price. The heater is older type, but works fine. Bed is comfortable and location is convenient. Staff is courteous and helpful. My only problem with my few stays here are sometimes there were people smoking around/in proximity to the building, otherwise it is a very nice place to stay.

  The stay was OK. I was there on business and not focused on the room accomodations other than to get some sleep. The hotel should consider installing a internet room so guests do not need to bring their computers and use the WIFI system.

  It's the closest motel to where I need to be whenever I go to Rancho Cordova, CA. It is also clean, comfortable, and one of the least expensive motels in the area. In my honest opinion, it is a very good deal for the money.
