Got an excellent view of the inlet and port. It was perfect for our romantic getaway. The lounge in the Lobby, Bruins, was a waste of time. Sat down for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from any staff. We noticed all the tables had the "waiting" look. We went elsewhere. Other than that it was priced well, clean and the staff at check in and valet were very friendly and courteous.

the manager was great the staff was great . One staff was new but all questions answered all concerns resolved . Mary the breakfast lady is well informed & Very helpful . if you're going to stay in Anchorage with a service animal this is the best and only place to stay in Anchorage !!!Will tell all my friends to stay at this place !

Great stay, fast service, close to the airport. The only drawback was that I had to walk over to another building to get to my room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and accommodating, the room was very clean, & quiet. We were very comfortable.
