"For the price a night, it could've been nicer"

The staff was friendly and nice. The maids cleaned our room only once the whole week we were there. We had to keep asking for towels. The walls seem so thin because we could hear neighbors. The scenery outside was really trashy but it was close to airport and it didn't take long to get anywhere. For $111 a night it definitely could've be more pleasant. The daily breakfast was the best part of the whole experience. Fresh, warm, yummy food!

We had an wonderful time staying here with our family! The staff were awesome, from valets to the wait staff to the concierge to the cook for the morning breakfast buffet--friendly, helpful, efficient, and the epitome of professional. The hotel itself was gorgeous, the rooms well appointed and clean, and it was convenient to local shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but it was the terrific people that made it memorable!
Got an excellent view of the inlet and port. It was perfect for our romantic getaway. The lounge in the Lobby, Bruins, was a waste of time. Sat down for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from any staff. We noticed all the tables had the "waiting" look. We went elsewhere. Other than that it was priced well, clean and the staff at check in and valet were very friendly and courteous.

Very lovely place to stay. Spacious for a family with 3 children. The appliances were clean and had plenty of televisions for different viewers. Our hide a bed was broken, but we should have called the front desk and did not. Over all a very nice place to stay with teenagers.
