Overall the service was good and here are some observations: (1) If the key-computer is down at the time of check in please do not have the guests stand around and wait for a key but escort them to their room and bring the keys up when ready (2) the coffee bar and beverage facility in the hotel lobby should be open during the daytime and not only in the early morning and evening. (3) We asked for our room to be cleaned early if possible and was told by the front desk it would be done, but when we returned to our room later that morning it was still not taken care of even though housekeeping was working on our floor. (4) I have an Elite Platinum status, and when I presented my card at check in, the clerk simply glanced at it and dismissed it as though it had no meaning to him, perhaps the staff needs to be made aware of what it takes for their guest to have achieved Platinum status. One very good thing, we could adjust the heating/air-conditioning as we wished, very nice. And the room was clean, well taken care of, and the staff was friendly. Oh yes one more thing, it might be a good idea to have spare towels located in the saun pool area for the guests.

The staff was friendly and nice. The maids cleaned our room only once the whole week we were there. We had to keep asking for towels. The walls seem so thin because we could hear neighbors. The scenery outside was really trashy but it was close to airport and it didn't take long to get anywhere. For $111 a night it definitely could've be more pleasant. The daily breakfast was the best part of the whole experience. Fresh, warm, yummy food!
