The motel was a little hard to find as it is not directly on US 98. However, the rooms have obviously been refurbished recently. Very nice and new linens and a well-appointed room.

I stayed here with my daughters in April 2012 for their Spring Break and we loved it. The price is affordable and I don't feel as though I sacrificed quality or location for the price at all. It is a great value. Given the its location on the walking path, across Scenic 98 from a beautiful beach and its proximity in reference to coffee shops and restaurants I would recommend it to anyone wanting a getaway on a budget. I returned for the New Year weekend with my fiancee to celebrate her birthday and we had a great time. She really enjoyed it and I am pleased to find consistency in cleanliness and level of service. We will be back.

I was very please that I got the room that I requested with a view overlooking the Gulf. The room was very large and comfortable making it a very romantic stay for me and my girlfriend. Beach access was very convenient and the resort provided many discounts and great services that made the stay more enjoyable like 2 chairs and an umbrella, compliments of the resort. I would recommend this resort to others and I will definitely be back again.

The location was great! Walking distance to the beach. Nice, quiet complex. Family oriented. Nice, large kitchen and it was close to many area restaurants and attractions.

The stay was fabulous and I am looking forward to next year. I loved all of the pool, the exercise room the walkway to the beach, the wonderful view. The location was perfect. I couldn't ask for more.
