  I am sensitive with mattress, but it was very good condition. Also breakfast was good. it was quiet and clean.

  Best place we stayed on this 7 day, 3000 mile trip. Staff were great and accomodations very fairly priced.

  I stayed with my girlfriend over the weekend and it was awesome. I had wanted a nonsmoking room originally but when I arrived they informed me they over booked them. We had to settle on a smoking room, but they deep cleaned it for us so it wasn't noticeable at all. The service staff was extremely nice and the hotel was in a perfect location. Overall my experience was superb.

  The staff did not keep the breakfast buffet well stocked. They had donughts on the buffet that were fresh the first day we were there, but I think the left-overs were served the next 2 days! The Hotells.com web site stated this hotel was in the heart of Savannah and it was not!

  When we checked in the guy at the front desk was very rude, however in the morning when we checked out he wasn't as bad. The room was okay, however who ever cleaned the bathroom didn't do a good job because there was hair in the bath tub. Personally I wouldn't recomend this hotel as a first choice but for a cheap getaway it was nice.

  Few stains in carpet, tub drain was not working. Other than that, nice hotel, will stay again.

  At the last minute we needed a roll-away bed and the staff took care of this request and it was more comfortable than the one requested at another 5 star hotel and there was no additional charge!
