"Great place to stay"

We've stayed in the historic district the last 2 trips and paid twice what we paid to stay here. Plus hot breakfast and parking were free. Great (reasonably priced) restaurants within 1 mile. The bed was very comfortable.
When we checked in the guy at the front desk was very rude, however in the morning when we checked out he wasn't as bad. The room was okay, however who ever cleaned the bathroom didn't do a good job because there was hair in the bath tub. Personally I wouldn't recomend this hotel as a first choice but for a cheap getaway it was nice.

Wonderful place to stay in Savannah Georgia. Clean and great staff. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, we ate at the hotel every morning never even considered going anywhere else for our morning meals !! Location was perfect for our vacation.
"Good for the price"

Overall good experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. My only real complaints were the 5 ft showed head (I'm over 6 ft) and the surrounding neighborhood. I didn't have any issues, but there is low income housing directly across the street. For a few $ more you can stay 2 blocks up Bay St. at 4 points. There the restaurants are within walking distance, and you won't feel unsafe.

This was a really nice hotel with microwave, stove/oven, sink, full kitchen. It is set up like an apartment like setting where you have to go outside to go to the front lobby desk but I did not mind after hole in the wall hotel I went to down the street! This hotel was clean, office staff professional and make you feel very welcome, and coffee is served all day! It is on a busy street as most of the hotels in Savannah are, but convenient to get to shopping if you are looking to do this. I would definitely recommend this one!
