  I'd like to give this hotel a perfect score; it was really very nice. But, the shower was a problem. The water temperature had to be frequently readjusted as it would turn hotter or colder during the shower. In all fairness, we did not alert the hotel about the problem because we did not become aware of it until just before bedtime, and we were leaving the next morning; so, I cannot say how the staff would have responded.

  Every bit of what I expected. Perfect for the price. Quiet environment (for a hotel). Par everything! Which was fine with me. I paid $45 with tax to stay here and I have paid more at others and received the same service. I will stay again! Only issue is the carpets. Even with it being cheap your rooms would be even more appealing with clean carpets. I'm sure its from pets, however. I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot and that was my only complaint.

  It was nice that the rooms had sleep number beds! But I wish there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

  Enjoyed my stay the gentleman working was very nice and friendly. Asked where a good place to party in dallas was and he sent me to a good area. Would definitely stay again

  Hotel is starting to feel slightly worn, but is clean. I wish they had a rewards program. Pool closes in winter and there is No hot-tub/spa. The Deluxe Suite has a good size, internet and Tv worked. Kitchen equipment is spartan but I could make it work. Small exercise room With Cardio equipment (threadmill + Bike).
