The service was wonderful. The resort was quiet and luxurious. Our room overlooked the lake. There were many restaurants and shops close by.

"Nice jacuzzi tub!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 19, 2013
Good clean room with a large jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. Free parking. Convenient to West World. Would recommend. Small fridge, microwave and coffee maker nice. Bed a little hard.
"Very good"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 19, 2013
Everything was great, except that we were told the spa and pool area opened at 6am. We wanted to take a quick, relaxing dip in the spa before our stressful day started (this was not a vacation stay), and it was locked at 7am. There were also no clean towels in the area, and the jets in the spa just made a lot of noise and just splashed us since they weren't strong enough to create a stream - definitely annoying. We just turned them off. The other minor disappointment was we checked in on FourSquare, and it said we unlocked a gift since it was our first check-in. Both the ladies at the front desk and had no idea what FourSquare was and there was no communication about the gift. The owners should not offer a free gift and not communicate that to their staff. Kind of a bummer. Otherwise, the hot breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
"Classy but overpriced"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 19, 2013
Great hotel with great service and amenities. Fun nightlife and definitely a hip crowd. You can get a similar quality stay in Scottsdale for about 1/3rd less if you take a moment to look around.
"Just Right"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 14, 2013
Our King room/suite was large with an L shaped couch separated from the bed area. Small fridge, small sink, decent desk. Big TV, nice bed and linens. The breakfast was fine and you can easily walk anywhere in Old Scottsdale or catch the trolley. I'd stay again for sure.
"Fine for work conference"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 11, 2013
My two-night stay was fine. Most of the staff were very capable & friendly (save for one late-night bartender who just wanted to go home). Room was spacious. Only complaint about the room is that each night the ceiling creaked loudly. Food was very good, especially the large Mediterranean lunch buffet.
