"Close to great food establishments."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
The rooms were clean, nice, with good amenities and a gorgeous view.
"Weekend getaway"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
The hotel and room were very clean. The staff are friendly. The only down side is waiting for a taxi. We have stayed twice at this hotel and waited at least 20 minutes. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay both times.

Works perfectly for a night at the 5th Avenue.
"Pleasently Surprised and More Than I Expected"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
This is an amazing downtown property. Next to the Seattle Public Library and only a few blocks walk to major sights (Westlake Center/The Monorail, Pike's, the Ferry, Pioneer Square). When I first arrived I expected a simplified business travellers hotel. But it was so much more. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I would need. Everything worked great and as planned with only one exception ... the windows. Of the four windows in the room, two opened perfectly and operated just fine but two others were broken in a way that they would not stay open without being propped up. I used the hotel's information binder to hold open one of them, and didn't bother with the other. This doesn't bother me in the current weather since it never got hot enough, but in the summer this would be annoying without a cross-breeze. The bathroom was always clean, the shower worked well, and there was no shortage of towels. The toilet next to the tub and wall was a little cramped for someone that's 6'3. -- The wine reception offered was fantastic and a very nice thing to do for guests. Downstairs, connected to the hotel lobby is a coffee shop, which is great. I will absolutely consider staying here again if the price is right. This hotel was fantastic and made me feel very welcome. I would suggest it to anyone staying in the city as it's close to what you want to see, but not so close it’s busy, crowded, and overpriced. Great balance.
