"Great downtown getaway spot"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
My friend and I spent at night at Hotel FIVE on our mini-vacation to Seattle, and it was perfect. The modern decor was GREAT (I was tempted to steal the furniture), and the building was in the perfect spot for our late-night downtown adventures. The café downstairs was small and seemed to be trying a little too hard to be fancier than it was, but it was good food. The only real down-side was the lack of an amenities booklet/folder — we kept wondering when checkout was, what the café hours were, what kind of room service was available, etc., and we didn't want to have to call the front desk to find out. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and will definitely stay at FIVE again if given the opportunity.

The vintage park is a comfortable place located within walking distance to convention center and all downtown activities. My only complaint was no coffee pot in room.. and parking was $47. a day ! Nice restaurant attached but should offer coffee less than $4.50 a cup!
"Friendly Staff"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
My room faced the inner court so it was nice and quite. It is a modest hotel but nicely situated. Belltown offers many nice restaurants and bars. The staff is very helpful and friendly. TV in the room was bit small but I don't come to Seattle to watch TV.
"Close to great food establishments."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
The rooms were clean, nice, with good amenities and a gorgeous view.

Wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance to everything. They not only allow dogs but greet and offer special services for them! The only negative to my stay was that not only was there a large charge per night for parking but at the end of my stay they also charged tax on the parking charge.

"Weekend getaway"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
The hotel and room were very clean. The staff are friendly. The only down side is waiting for a taxi. We have stayed twice at this hotel and waited at least 20 minutes. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay both times.

We had a great experience at the Edgewater! Service staff were quick and eager to assist at all times. Will go back!
