"Great place, great location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Comfortable and clean hotel in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood. Large room, beautiful view from the rooftop deck, steps to restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as Seattle Center, and a main bus stop to downtown less than a block away. Hotel staff was very helpful and they have a free storage area for your bags should your flight be later that day and you want to roam the city some more.

As usual, very attentive staff, helpful and courteous.Always a pleasure to stay at the Hamptons by the Needle!

The concergie and front desk service gave us wrong information nearly each time we asked. You hear everything in your room, when the elevators are runing, when your neighbor is taking a shower or the traffic on 5th Avenue

"Excellent Stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
I had a wonderful saty at this Courtyard hotel, the staff were very good and the room was as described. The only issue is the parking which is $20.00 per day which could add up quickly if you stay more thana couple of days. Other than that my room was comfortable and clean.

"Good Experience"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
They are obviously in the middle of remodeling, with baseboards gone in the hall, as well as stained hall carpeting. But my room was clean, with new carpet and lovely furnishings, comfortable bed. Really nice large soft bath towels, and good shower head in shower. Breakfast was a step up from breads and cereals, with little egg omletts, ham, sausage and sausage gravy with biscuits.
"Great value"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
I wanted an affordable place to stay for a few days while I looked for an apartment ahead of a move to the city. This hotel fit the bill - not only was it reasonably priced, the room was clean and well-maintained, the staff was very friendly and helpful, hallway noise was minimal, and it was located right next to a bus stop from which you could catch a bus to nearly anywhere in the city (Seattle's very walkable, in any event). I didn't particularly care for the bar-heavy Belltown area, but it didn't bother me, either. There's no restaurant in the hotel, so you have to go out to eat (or order in from one of the many nearby restaurants or pubs).
"In the heart of Downtown"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
Very nice Hotel with old world charm. Has great, historical architecture and very nice rooms. A tiny bit musty though. Very good rates and a handy shuttle service around the many hilly streets.
