"Convenient location to local sites"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
The only comment I have is that the next time I stay at Hotel Maxx, I will request a guest room with a larger bathroom (and smaller sleeping area) and also sitting chairs that are more comfortable. The chairs in our room were more like desk chairs rather than chairs meant for relaxation. The beds were very comfortable and we both slept very soundly. Love the pillow menu.
"Seattle week"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
The concergie and front desk service gave us wrong information nearly each time we asked. You hear everything in your room, when the elevators are runing, when your neighbor is taking a shower or the traffic on 5th Avenue
"Close to family living in Lake Forest Park"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Very Comfortable. Clean room. Easy access. Private party, in room on 4th floor of the hotel, ended as I exited the elevator to get to my room. Very difficult to weave through the crowd and small child (4-5 y/o) punched me as I was walking through! I know you cannot post this, but in the future it might be helpful to remind private parties to not block access to the halls.
"Beautiful hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
Beautifully furnished and clean, great service at breakfast and delicious food, great, convenient coffee shop, attentive concierge and bellhop area. Loved that it was within walking distance to Pike's Market.

"Excellent Stay"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
I had a wonderful saty at this Courtyard hotel, the staff were very good and the room was as described. The only issue is the parking which is $20.00 per day which could add up quickly if you stay more thana couple of days. Other than that my room was comfortable and clean.

"Good Experience"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
They are obviously in the middle of remodeling, with baseboards gone in the hall, as well as stained hall carpeting. But my room was clean, with new carpet and lovely furnishings, comfortable bed. Really nice large soft bath towels, and good shower head in shower. Breakfast was a step up from breads and cereals, with little egg omletts, ham, sausage and sausage gravy with biscuits.
