The airport is about a 50 minute drive or taxi ride from Zion, or you can take the bus to Clybourn, and then take the Metrarail train to Zion with the journey taking about 2 hours. The Metrarail also offers convenient connections to Chicago Union Station, a major Amtrak station that's the terminus for many different lines, allowing you to travel in comfort across the USA.
