I have stayed in many motels in Eugene but you will not find a better value then this one. The staff is very friendly, the internet works great, location is prime, room is very much like a very nice living room with refrigerator, microwave, great heating system. My room was spotless and my overall stay felt very much like home. The previous ratings are incorrect. This is the best place to stay.

FRONT DESK WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND BEDS COMFORTABLE. A NO FRILLS FACILITY, BUT DIDN'T NEED A FRIG OR MICRO SO WE WERE SATISFIED. BREAKFAST WAS TANDARD FARE BUT SUFFICED. WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. I AM A SMOKER SO IT WAS NICE TO HAVE A MOTEL THAT HAD SMOKING ROOMS. IT DIDN'T HAVE ANY LINGERING ODORS, NICE SURPRISE.

Really small motel room. Bed not too comfortable.. Could hear some mechanical something running all night...and sugar ants. If you need to have place to stay, it is certainly a low cost adequate choice. Very accessible from freeway...stayed in transit for our yellowstone vacation.
