The staff and accommodations were excellent prior to coming down, we spoke to the desk attendant, asking what bus to take to get there. she put us on hold and went to the end of the block to find out the bus number for us. they were great, we will be back at this place again.

Stayed one night for an event in downtown Portland. This hotel was only a 10 minute drive from downtown and was much more affordable than a downtown hotel. The room was clean and remarkably quiet even though the whole place was full. The breakfast was very good for the price and the staff was very kind and responsive. It is easy acess to I-5 and is surrounded by restaurants within walking distance.

We really felt that Quality had the highest value for a group interested in access to the Convention Center (or downtown, since the Max is just a block away!). We were within 10 minutes of easy walking of the Convention Center and far enough away from the Max that we had hardly any noise pollution. Free breakfast with a great variety, free parking (1 car/room), pool, small exercise facility, close to a variety of restaurants... we were so impressed with how convenient this hotel was. The bed was so comfortable and the room so clean and full of amenities, we couldn't have been happier! Not to mention that the staff was friendly and available at all hours.

We got in late to Portland and had to get a hotel right away, most places downtown seemed to be booked or too expensive. So the Hilton was a little out of the way at the airport, but definitely worth it. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly service and a beautiful lobby.
