  Overall, I would stay here again.The location was PERFECT. It was close to everywhere else we were going to, during our stay (Benedum Center, Phipps Conservatory and National Aviary.) Though our room was not the best in the world (lousy, neck-hurting pillows, etc.) The view we got from our room (room 611) was AWESOME! And, the FABULOUS service we received, waaaaay outweighed any cons to this place.Anytime we come to Pittsburgh, we'll be sure to book this place.

  Just DO NOT stay in a smoking room. We booked one by accident and it was like an underground dungeon, and smelled just as bad. Fortunately staff relocated us upstairs to a nonsmoking at our request and we have a lovely stay. The room was bright, nicely decorated, clean, and smelled fresh.

  It was far enough fro the highway to be quiet, but close enough to be convienient. Not much real close by, but not to far. The only difficulty is getting in and out.

  jproblems with wifi in the room - worked ok in the lobby. Minor problems with room phone when trying to call front desk.
