The hotel/motel was great for the money. The building is older, but the room looked to have been recently painted in nice colors, and the room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfy, and the indoor pool was great after spending time in the car during the day. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. No complaints here.

Good stay for the money. Loved the indoor swimming pool which was well kept up with. Carpets could use a good sanitation.

The hotel has remodeled most of its rooms and they are quite nice. The beds are super comfortable and they have nice Samsung HD TVs in the rooms. Showers heads are passable. Seemed like they had low flow shower heads to conserve water. Everything else was nice

We overnight in Chattanooga on our round trip to Florida and this is the first time we've stayed at Travelodge. We have found our overnight hotel! The hotel for the price was great, although we wish the breakfast started earlier since we leave before 6am. We really liked the little 'sitting room' with the small sofa; it was nice not having to sit just on the bed. The shower head and water pressure were both very good - not usually so in the lower priced motels. The front desk man greeted us by name when we arrived because we were the last reservation to check in - but it was nice, anyway! Thanks for a good night's sleep, Travelodge!

Days Inn -Rivergate is an excellent place to stay while visiting Chattanooga. It is in close proximity to all of downtown and just a couple miles from UTC campus. The hotel is in the 2-star catagory, it should be in the 3-star range. Service is friendly. It is clean & comfortable. Bathroom updated and clean. Blow dryer/TV/microwave/frig/safe/iron board in room. A perfect place to stay! There is a 24-hr diner on the property which has the best food; large portions and an over-whelming selection.
