How to get to Harrisburg

From here the Amtrak services travel as far as Pittsburgh and New York City, with stops at many major hubs in-between. There’s also a Greyhound service that runs from the center, and private coach tours that depart from the same stop. Harrisburg International Airport is in the southeast of the city, just 12 miles away from Downtown Harrisburg, and from here you can rent a car, grab a taxi, or take the Capital Area Transit bus which will get you to the heart of the city in about 30 minutes.
