  The parking lot was COVERED in packed snow and ice which made parking and walking a nightmare. To top it off, my car got stuck in the snow and ice. Not pleased about that once bit.

  I've been staying at this location for the past couple of years now and seen it go through many ups and downs. The owner has done a phenomenal job of renovating and turning the hotel into a wonderful place. I think the staff is absolutely AMAZING and makes a guest feel welcomed. This time I think my toilet was leaking, but since I was on the go so much I didn't report it. The location is convenient for me because there are several choices for food and immediate access to highways and other major venues as well. I will continue to stay at the Howard Johnson because I feel more like family versus a guest passing through!

  Hopeing to get the same rate end of april - 1st of may! will be in the same area again for 6 days. Perfect location for my last trip and was close to food, C-Store, road routes and thankfully NOT NEEDED Columbia University Hospital.

  Thank God we took an electric heater!! The room was large and we enjoyed the comfy beds, however the room opened to the great outdoors and it was COLD that night. We brought a heater/fan from home abd it came in handy. Also if you redeem your FREE BREAKFAST coupon, stick with the waffles,overcooked eggs and hockey puck biscuits are not yummy.
