  If you are looking for a hotel close to Fort Jackson at a reasonable price this did the trick. It was about a 5-10 min drive to the base and the hotel is right off the highway and easy to find. The rooms were bigger than average and clean enough. The toilet seat could have been replaced and the windows washed better, but all in all it was a great place for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing is if you go when it's cold, you will not want to use the "indoor" pool. It is enclosed, but there are 2 doors on each side that do not close, so you get gusts of the cold air inside the pool enclosure. That was another downfall. I would stay here again though.

  Great location, close to Ft. Jackson. Bootcamp graduation was awesome, and the hotel is like 5 mins from bootcamp.

  Nice location. Right by highways and mall. Took 20 minutes to get to Fort Jackson. Great breakfast. Clean pool area.

  Being an older hotel, everything seemed clean although slightly outdated in small areas. The front desk staff was polite but spread a little thin. He stopped in the middle of helping me twice, once to help another customer who had come in behind me asking for mail, and the other when the phone rang. Therefore the check-in in process was slow and my keys were not made correctly on the first try.
