  Clean room Good Quality of service Hotel amenities - Good. Didnt find Golf channel on the TV... only drawback Hotel location - Good and very close to most of the must see sights

  The room was nice and clean. Very convenient location. Minutes from Colonial Williamsburg, good dinner places and an an awesome mini golf and K-Mart (for souveniers at a fraction of the price at Colonial Williamsburg). The stopper on the tub had to be wrestled with for several minutes to let my daughter take a soak, and the heat lamp went on, but we could not get it to turn off. Neither thing was a major inconvenience. The continental breakfast left alot to be desired, and the room where they had it was very warm. We grabbed toast and a banana and headed out the door. Overall it was fine, and fit well into our budget.

  It was a nice room, a little cramped but good furniture. My fiance and I spent a week touring all the historic sites. Within 20 mins of yorktown. Newport news only 35 mins out. The staff was friendly enough and a lot of the rooms were getting new furniture at the time of out visit.

  Hotel is fine for what you paid. I did not think it would be a great place, but was surprised that the beds were pretty comfortable. Continental breakfast was nothing to write home about, and things were missing such as creamer, butter. Room was ok, but it looked like the bathroom was not fully cleaned before we arrived. The toilet was not cleaned at all. Convenient to shops and historic area. Like I said, you get what you pay for, and with only staying one night it was ok. Staff was very friendly.
