  Overall a good place to hang your hat for a few nights. Continental breakfast was good. Carpeting in our room definitely needs replacing. My husband and I have stayed here several times and find the staff friendly and helpful.

  The hotel itself was sufficient, nothing fancy, but it was clean and quiet. It more than sufficed for our needs, but I used the phone. DO NOT USE THE PHONE. On the phone, it said free local calls. Dial 9 and the 7 digit number. So I did, not the area code or 1 in front of the number, just exactly what the phone said to do for a local call and the calls went through. Well, I was charged $46.00 for 3 local calls. I told management that I did not make long distance calls, that would be stupid when I could just use my cell phone. I ask them to come to my room and watch as I made the calls but was told they believed me. Obviously not since my charge card bill has the charges on it. DO NOT USE THE PHONE.

  Economical , breakfast was great, clean room , TV needs updated but, the roadway construction makes it a little confusing when leaving out.I like what Mt Pleasant is doing to the area in updating their appearance m very nice.
