"Newly Remodeled"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Overall the 4 night stay was great. I suspect that they are short on some staff for busy weekends. On Saturday, the room did not get cleaned. The beds were made but no cleaning was done and the in room coffee and soap was not replenished. The hotel is newly remodeled and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything works and no leaky faucets or toilets etc. The ice machine has not yet been installed on the 4th floor.
"Nice surprise"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
The hotel was a nice surprise. It was clean, in a good location and nice looking. My only complaint was we had no chairs in the room even though we opted for the deluxe room. When I called they brought us what I would call a kitchen chair. I would think there should be a nice chair in the room for the cost of the room. However, the bed was comfortable and nicely made up and the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay.
"It was ok for a last minute deal!!!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
You can't beat the price for a last minute change of plans! The hotel receptionist was AWESOME!!! Very professional and helpful and very friendly! I was truly impressed with her!!! The rooms were comfortable, but the grounds was trashy. The breakfast was like, "if you don't get it now, that's it". The attendant wasn't the most helpful.....we were literally "scrapping" the bottom of the sausage gravy crock pot. It was about 2 danishes left and she wasn't trying to put more out...she said it ended at 9am....it may have been 8:30am, Anyway, if it wasn't for the receptionist, I would give Days Inn a 2, but because of her, I will rate you guys a 4! I really felt that she cared about our safety and satisfaction of the room. Give her a raise!!!!! (And I don't know her). You stand to make some improvements as far as cleanliness!

Nice hotel but big price tag to. And did not even have complimentary breakfast you had to charge. Also had to pay to park. And the bed was.supposed to be a king but was only a full!

We loved our stay here. Everyone working here were so helpful and friendly. Especially the waiters in the restaurant. Yes it was a bit expensive but it was well worth it. We did not mind paying for our dinner or valet. The hotel itself was gorgeous. We would definitely spend another night at this hotel.
