We stayed here w/ our three children ages 1 1/2 to 6 yrs. it was perfect for them! The pool/water park was the best we have stayed in (including wildreness at the smokies)! It was small enough where you can easily keep an eye on everyone, and the 2 ft. Section of the swimming pool was a favorite for our 3 y.o. The water was warm and comfortable. The hot tub was actually hot, not like most hotels that keep it like a bath tub. The hotel is going through an extensive renovation trying to update the older building. So far the pool and lobby are very nice. The rooms are clean, but older and a little smaller than new hotels in that price range. That was not a huge concern since we spent most of the time in the water park. The breakfast was decent, our kids were happy. There was a Starbucks on the other side of the parking lot that made the adults happy. The staff was really nice, and very helpful! Location was great close to Trader Joes, Aldi's, and good restaurants (go to Cheuy's tex-mex restaurant). VERY reasonable! We are definitely going back! We are going to up grade to the suite next time.

We were a guest on Feb.22nd. The room was large and very comfortable. I especially loved the entrance on the 2nd floor, because we had a large french door that we could load and unload right at our room and this we great! The only thing I could find that needed some improvement is the plumbing fixtures. The toilet, tub/shower looked dirty but was just stained from time. Other than that it was a great value and the breakfast was delicious with many choices. We will most definitely stay here again the next time we are in Knoxville.

We had a group of 15 and this was a great stop for us! Rooms are smallish but very nice. Comfy beds. Great breakfast variety. They even opened up the pool early for us after hearing we wanted to swim. The only complaint I have is that in my particular room, the WIFI was not good at all. Others said theirs was fine though.
