"Great hotel for the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
We were very satisfied with the services the hotel has to offer: the continental breakfast with fresh fruit , multigrain bread, cereal and good coffee; full service room very confortable and very efficient personell at the front desk.
"Perfect Place for the Money"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013
Our stay was great. The hotel was perfectly situated, was clean, and the rooms were very adequate. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were clean and well looked after. I would not hesitate in staying here a second time and would recommend this hotel to any of my friends. The restaurant was air conditioned and was fine, although a bit slow, but we were on holidays so that was fine. The staff were very friendly and good to us.
"A Good to Great Hotel - But Amazing?"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
I just spent a few nights at this hotel and above everything else, the service is amazing. It was literally the best service I've ever had a hotel. The mostly women staff are super helpful, happy and nice to talk to. They will help you plan trips, check your flights...they even brought a guest a piece of cake on her birthday. They are awesome. Regarding the rest of the hotel, it is a good hotel. The rooms are big. The whole thing is clean and it is located in a great part of town for the tourist. Palermo Soho is probably the best part of town for going out, walking around, etc. The rooms themselves are pretty sparse, some rooms "kings" are actually two twins put together and they don't have a gym. I don't think they have a pool either but I'm not sure. The wifi was also good too. Breakfast is not very big but it is free and their medialunas are great so some might want more, i found breakfast perfect for myself. Still, this isn't as amazing a hotel as the ratings might make it out to be. It's a solid hotel but for a business traveler, it might make more sense to stay in the culturally dead Puerto Madeira.
"Recent stay, Feb 2013"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
I found the hotel to be clean, and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and spoke good english. I was disappointed that WiFi in the room was not free but you could go to the lobby and use it for free. Since phone service is very expensive in Argentina, I use Skype or FaceTime. I did not wish to have a conversation with family members in the lobby!

"Great hotel, great staff"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 23, 2013
We enjoyed our stay at the Lennox hotel. Decoration of the hotel and especially the rooms is very unique, sort of mysterious and romantic. Our room was cleaned daily and they changed the towels daily. The staff was incredibly helpful and got out of their way to help us out with everyting, reservations, walking instructions, etc. We were especially thankful to Daniel at the front desk who was incredibly nice and helpful. The daily breakfast was good and I never left hungry. Location of the hotel is excellent and we walked everywhere. Never used the subway or the bus. The only issue we had was the street the hotel is located in. This was "resolved" when we found out that if we take a right when we leave the hotel we walk one minute to Avenue de Mayo, which is big and busy and safe. So, at night we always returned from Avenue de Mayo. During the day, it was not an issue since the street was busy and we felt safe. We enjoyed our stay at the lennox and we will recommend this hotel to our friends and are likely to return to stay in tis hotel in our next visit.

Great hotel in the best area of Buenos Aires. Quiet (no children under 16 years old allowed at hotel); nice, English speaking staff; walking distance to most of the top sites; nice park across the street from the hotel if you are a runner.
