"Great hotel for the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
We were very satisfied with the services the hotel has to offer: the continental breakfast with fresh fruit , multigrain bread, cereal and good coffee; full service room very confortable and very efficient personell at the front desk.
"A Good to Great Hotel - But Amazing?"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
I just spent a few nights at this hotel and above everything else, the service is amazing. It was literally the best service I've ever had a hotel. The mostly women staff are super helpful, happy and nice to talk to. They will help you plan trips, check your flights...they even brought a guest a piece of cake on her birthday. They are awesome. Regarding the rest of the hotel, it is a good hotel. The rooms are big. The whole thing is clean and it is located in a great part of town for the tourist. Palermo Soho is probably the best part of town for going out, walking around, etc. The rooms themselves are pretty sparse, some rooms "kings" are actually two twins put together and they don't have a gym. I don't think they have a pool either but I'm not sure. The wifi was also good too. Breakfast is not very big but it is free and their medialunas are great so some might want more, i found breakfast perfect for myself. Still, this isn't as amazing a hotel as the ratings might make it out to be. It's a solid hotel but for a business traveler, it might make more sense to stay in the culturally dead Puerto Madeira.
"Good basics for the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 18, 2013
Good comfortable bed, fabulous shower, very kind staff. We had air conditioning problems. The breakfast was acceptable but not very interesting--lots of breads. Once we knew our way around, location was ok, but not a lot of high end restaurants I. The area, at least not that we found.

"Fabulous loft type rooms/renovated book factory"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 10, 2013
Pleasant, comfortable. Very good breakfasts. Loved the architecture amend aesthetics. In old Tango area of Buenos Aires- colorful. Very reasonable for the large room. Staff very helpful.
"Amazing"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 5, 2013
My fiancé and I just spent two nights here. And it was splendid! The service was unmatchable and the rooms were amazing. We upgraded when we got to the hotel because a room was available, but even the most basic room is great. The rooms were well kept, service was friendly, there was a bar, lounge and shallow pool. Plus the surrounding city is the wealthiest and safest in all of Buenos Aires.

Very helpful hotel staff. Large, clean room. Breakfast was a little weak.
"close to shopping and restruants, safe area"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 3, 2013
Front desk folks were great. Need to add amenities, missing transformer for 110V from the 220v system, missing facial tissue, missing iron and board. Otherwise good hotel, great value.
