"Great hotel for the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
We were very satisfied with the services the hotel has to offer: the continental breakfast with fresh fruit , multigrain bread, cereal and good coffee; full service room very confortable and very efficient personell at the front desk.
"A Good to Great Hotel - But Amazing?"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013
I just spent a few nights at this hotel and above everything else, the service is amazing. It was literally the best service I've ever had a hotel. The mostly women staff are super helpful, happy and nice to talk to. They will help you plan trips, check your flights...they even brought a guest a piece of cake on her birthday. They are awesome. Regarding the rest of the hotel, it is a good hotel. The rooms are big. The whole thing is clean and it is located in a great part of town for the tourist. Palermo Soho is probably the best part of town for going out, walking around, etc. The rooms themselves are pretty sparse, some rooms "kings" are actually two twins put together and they don't have a gym. I don't think they have a pool either but I'm not sure. The wifi was also good too. Breakfast is not very big but it is free and their medialunas are great so some might want more, i found breakfast perfect for myself. Still, this isn't as amazing a hotel as the ratings might make it out to be. It's a solid hotel but for a business traveler, it might make more sense to stay in the culturally dead Puerto Madeira.

Great hotel in the best area of Buenos Aires. Quiet (no children under 16 years old allowed at hotel); nice, English speaking staff; walking distance to most of the top sites; nice park across the street from the hotel if you are a runner.

"Good basics for the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 18, 2013
Good comfortable bed, fabulous shower, very kind staff. We had air conditioning problems. The breakfast was acceptable but not very interesting--lots of breads. Once we knew our way around, location was ok, but not a lot of high end restaurants I. The area, at least not that we found.

"we will go back there"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 17, 2013
The best front desk staff ever. Spacious modern room. Very clean and somewhat well located. When you come out the hotel go right, left on Santa Fe, cross June 9 Ave, go one block, turn right and enjoy Recoleta.
"Great hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 16, 2013
Hotel was great. The bed was very comfortable and room was spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast that was included was surprisingly good with many hot and cold options. Impressive for all included. Location wasn't bad... Near the buquebus station (if you're taking a ferry), centro and puerto madero.... We walked to recoleta and retiro... It's duable but also taxis aren't that expensive. The value for this hotel was great!
