"Employees make you feel welcome"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 14, 2012
This hotel has one secret weapon, that is the front desk clerk Kathy! She went out of her way to make sure that we felt welcome and were comfortable. We changed our reservation to extend our stay, change our rooms and she was cheerful throughout.
"Sleep Inn - Baytown, TX"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 19, 2012
This hotel is good for those who are on a budget and cannot afford to stay at a expensive hotel. I like that the entrance to my room goes through the lobby instead of outside, for this is a very important thing I want to have. The free breakfast is good, it's small of course but that is because of the size of the hotel and how many rooms it has. Outback restaurant is right next door, you can walk to it. I give it a good rating because it is affordable and it's the 3rd time I have stayed here since January 2012. The only bad thing is the TV's are not the flat screen TV's and not all TV's are closed captioned, so if you are deaf and looking for a hotel with closed caption TV, you may want to call before reserving to make sure you get a room with closed caption TV.
