  In a noisy location, but room was fine for one night, easy to find using a GPS. Appreciated coffee in lobby. Could have used a hairdryer in the bathroom.

  The hotel suited our needs for a late nights stay after the Richmond Race....the beds were comfortable, the rate was decent, and the cleanliness of the room was overall average. The continental breakfast was great with lots of good choices available. I would definitely stay here again. if necessary

  I made a mistake in the dates of my reservation; entirely my fault but the desk clerk made everything right for me, even though the hotel was busy. Fantastic service!

  My dad was visiting and it was close to our house. The first night was not good. The shower did not work well. I asked to change his room. They were very nice and gave him an even numbered room on the sunny side of the hotel. Everything was better. The room looked good, the shower worked great with hot water, even the bed seemed more comfortable. I had them clean out the vents in the A/C unit. (really dusty) They did so immediately. I would recommend staying on the east side of the hotel.

  The hotel was in a geographically good spot, however, there was lots of construction on the surrounding roads making it hard to get in and out of the hotel. The hotel was older than I was expecting and not quite as nice as the impression given on the website; for an extra $10 I could have stayed at a nicer, newer place. But it had all of the amenities mentioned, and my requested room was reserved and ready for me when I arrived.

  Room was what I needed. I was in town and just needed a clean place to sleep. It was sufficient.
